Location: Jagodina, SerbiaKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Participate in the industrialization of new products and the introduction of new production processes.</li><li>Develop, optimize, and improve manufacturing and assembly processes.</li><li>Prepare technical specifications for assembly systems and production equipment.</li><li>Collaborate with project teams, logistics, production planning, and other relevant departments.</li><li>Communicate with suppliers and support the evaluation of quotations for production equipment.</li><li>Participate in the development, implementation, and commissioning of new production lines and equipment.</li><li>Monitor and improve production processes to increase efficiency, quality, and resource utilization.</li><li>Support product and process change management activities.</li><li>Develop, implement, and maintain production standards.</li><li>Provide technical support during pre-series and serial production.</li><li>Cooperate with international teams to implement global standards and best practices.</li></ul>

Requirements
<ul><li>University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or a related technical field).</li><li>Previous experience in manufacturing or process engineering is considered an advantage.</li><li>Good command of the English language.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office applications.</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li></ul>
